Hello everyone. I am a 33 years old woman who is a self-diagnosed Aspie and who's currently looking for an official diagnosis (hopefully this will happen soon). Like most self-diagnosis it was reached through reading books on the topic (by Rudy Simone, Tony Attwood), some sparse literature and it was mentioned as a plausible thing by the psychologist of my current partner too.
I am a researcher in physics, with an interest in maths, philosophy, languages and other abstract topics. I like photography and cats as well.
I am joining the forum to look for some advice for myself, in particular regarding my professional life and romatic relationships.

Welcome. I am also self-diagnosed, but like you, am now in the assessment/diagnosis process. I am 34. I also like photography (both taking them and enjoying the work of others), art, design, architecture, languages and history.

Welcome aboard :)
