I'm terrible at introductions, but here goes! My name is Jack and I am 15 and live in the US. My interests include TV shows/ Movies (especially Doctor Who and Lost), Science ( particularly molecular biology) , Swimming, and computers. I'm not diagnosed with anything and I'm not even sure if I have anything, but Asperger's interests me and I feel like I identify with it to some degree. So um yeah.

Hi Jack,

Learn what you can. There seems to be a range in severity with Aspergers. Some have traits that overall are beneficial. I think I might be one of them. I hope you success in school, particularly college!

Hi Jack! Welcome to Aspies Central. I'm a science buff too (with a preference for microbiology and cell biology though). I actually just graduated college after completing my biology major. LOST was, and still is, my favorite TV show of all time. We actually seem to share plenty of interests based on your intro (which I thought was a great one by the way). In fact, my nickname is Jacki, hence my username (my real name is Jaclyn and the other part of my username is my real last name). Plus, during my time in college, I worked on a thesis for my school's Honors Program which presented the many arguments related to the classification issues of Asperger syndrome on the autism spectrum.

I hope you enjoy everything we have to offer here and post any questions, concerns, and/or insight you would like to share.
