Perhaps as for you, this is all new and a bit daunting at first, but I've got so far.
I realized I am Aspergers in 2015 at the age of sixty six. I probably always knew I was different but could not fully understand it. My progress in life (work, relationships, parenting) was poor and I always felt bad, seldom good. Jenny, my partner from 2001, has been incredible from the start and since realizing my condition, we have made amazing progress. So good that I managed to write a book about me and us. Writing it helped us to understand me and identify what we've done that has helped us to live better.
I hope that by sharing experiences here we can all learn from and help each other.
p.s. Aargh! I've just looked at the sections below and worried, can someone explain them? Tags? Polls?
