Hi everyone. I'm from the UK, I'm in my early mid 40s (but still feel in my teens /20s lol).

Not been formally clinically diagnosed (costs a fair bit of money in UK unless referred by doctor. .. and I'm not sure if it's *that* important right now )

Always felt outside looking in , work in IT , always been fascinated by puzzles, computers, nature, books, sci fi, science , astronomy . people tend to scare me as I don't really get them. been told I'm a bit like an *extrovert introvert * but social norms confuse me. Pretty much self diagnosed as I fit all the criteria, myers briggs personality is spot on for INTJ. Have a fair degree of social anxiety, suppose I'm above average intelligence (have undergraduate and postgraduate degrees ).

My maternal family is a hotbed of autee's lol. Mum is i think high functioning autistic, one uncle (recently passed away ) undoubtedly high functioning aspergers, aunt had probably autism but sadly died a while ago .

Anyway, just to say hi and try and make sense of this world and the NTs

Welcome welcome! I'm from the north east (Scotland) but currently live in sweden. I hope you find answers to your questions or a space to call home with fellow aspies :-)
