Hi

Hi.

I don't even know why I'm here. :D

I never know how to introduce myself. I hate that. But, oh well...

I'm not officially diagnosed. I wanted but it would be too complicated when I'm transition now. And my family already wants to use the "supposed autism" to stop me from transitioning. So in my best interest it's rebuffing those claims.

I love learning languages, travelling, RPG games, foreign cultures, etc. My newest fixation is online marketing. ;)

So, hi everybody. Have a nice day. :)

:O
What languages do you currently know (dont have to be fluent in them)

And welcome ^.^

Thanks. :)

Currently: Polish, English, Russian, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean. I plan to learn more in the coming years. :)

How about you?

You should learn Hungarian, verb conjugations are super sexy, or Cantonese, or Mandarin, or Spanish, or German so you can curse like a sailor and scare the crud out of everyone in the near vicinity. Oh yes, I forgot, hello. :D

Polish has sexy verb conjugations too.

I'm not gonna learn anything with tones. :/ Too much troubles for me. I could hear tones but not replicate.

I plan Persian, Hindi and invest some more time in dead languages. ;)

French and Italian (my partner is learning Japanese actually) but I'd love to just learn every language if i had the infinite time required to :P

I loved old Changeling and Vampire. Cyberpunk was good too. Lately I haven't been playing tabletop rpgs.

I do play MMORPGs a lot. 3 months ago I came back to Final Fantasy XIV. My favourite mmos are Lineage 2 and Perfect World. Both grinders. But FF14 has a great story so it doesn't matter. ;)

And you?

Welcome to AC Darius! You'll gain a lot of insight on Asperger's here and find people you have a lot in common with. I know I did, and I've only joined on June 1st.

I'm not officially diagnosed either. I have a knack for learning languages, and I wish I could travel the world if I had more dough. I'm not into marketing but I'm into RPG games, though I only play one game at a time while at the same time spending hours each day playing that one game. I do software development for a living but I wouldn't call it an "ambition" - I don't really have any of those in life. This means that I know multiple programming languages - and since I have a knack for languages I can learn them very quickly. For spoken languages I know English, Russian (I'm originally from Russia, but have been living in America for almost 20 years) and Spanish. Programming languages include C/C++, C#, Java, Visual Basic, JavaScript, Python and Objective C.

When I don't work, I sit at my computer most of the time (my computer, not the boss's computer lol). I currently play the online card game Hearthstone (not an RPG but I love it very much), and watch multiple streamers play it on YouTube. I also read related sites like hearthpwn and icy-veins all the time and talk about it to people, even those who don't play it. I also use my computer to post on this site right over here, as well as listen to online radio while exploring places via Google Earth (the closest I can do to traveling right now). I actually pretend that I live in those places; living where I do now can get pretty tiresome.

I also like observing construction sites, and in my past I've been very fascinated with streetlights and sprinklers (and construction sites). Some people think I'm boring; I don't go out much and I don't drive as much as I can; with many people I simply don't have much to talk about. But hey, boring is not bad!

Hello and welcome, Darius!

I'm a language freak as well, so it's great to hear you're into that :)
Indonesian and Korean are on my list, I actually have a bunch of Korean books sitting next to my bed, but things have been a little too hectic lately, and I can't focus at the moment.
I've moved on from Romance language now that I'm satisfied with those I've learned (French, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian, but hopefully I'll get to learn a couple of Spanish regional dialects later on), and I studied German and Russian in school/college, so now I'm at a stand still as to what area I want to explore next: Scandinavian language? Improve on my almost-forgotten-German and Russian? Or further east, with Korean, Indonesian, Hindi, Farsi, Arabic and Hebrew?

But like you and Kisa, I'd learn them all if I could (and I would probably still fail at verbal communication with the average person, but that doesn't stop me from trying).

Cześć! :) I speak some Polish, albeit not very well! I spent some time in Augustów!
I am multilingual and a language freak as well, English is actually not my first language believe it or not.
I would love to learn and master most languages.
Welcome to the site :)

I'm travelling on a shoestring. ;) Living in Europe helps. Where do you live?

I usually play one at a time too. But that changes anytime when there is a long maintenance and I have the "I need to play".

I have made websites - I know html and css, but I need to refresh that knowledge.

When I don't work, I sit at my computer most of the time too. Or in books to help my eyes recover from monitors.

And you sound like anything but boring. :D

Maybe tandem learning? To keep us motivated? How about Polish? :D

Oh, I'd like to hear about that.

Thanks for the greetings.

I live in the United States, and by this point I can speak English better than I can speak Russian. The part of Russia I'm from is technically Europe...
