Hi,
I'm new here. I was kind of diagnosed with autism earlier this year (its a long story). My whole large family has autism. Whilst its great that we get each other, it makes us very weird to the outside world.

Welcome to the forum Suzanne, I think one of the great things about this forum is you find that you are not alone in your situation. So many others are facing the same kinds of things. I have learned so much through other people and you get a lot of help on here from really nice people! Some tell it like it is and others you feel a sense of not being so alone! Love it here even though I do not have ASD, My son does and it has helped me a lot to understand things.

I too am new. I have no other family members on the spectrum. That too can be weird to the outside world. I hear you. I too feel the same.
