New here, obviously, first forum I've ever joined, always knew I had aspergers after hearing about it, and as a child upto teenage years just always thought I was "different" leaning towards weird, anyway after reading about aspergers it was like someone had been following me around taking notes on how people with aspergers should be, everything made sense for once in my miserable life, because it does get like that, couldn't go out, avoided people wherever possible, avoided places and public transport is a big no no, still is, to name but s few of my problems but now I've been referred by my doctor and an appointment has been made to go see a specialist and get a diagnosis, so hopefully things might get better, I know it's not going to be an "I've seen the light" moment but just a confirmation might just help me understand my problems more...
