Well we know aspies have their special interests, and some can be a bit peculiar. The point of this thread is to come up with at least one really bizarre/silly/outrageous/witty interest for the person above. You say: His (for a male)/Her (for a female)/Their (if gender is unspecified) interest(s) include... and then you insert at least one interest which is rather peculiar.

I'll start, as an example.

His interests include, shouting at the sun and ruining surprise birthday parties.

(you can add more than one interest, but try to keep it less than three)

Now you turn...

For the last twenty years he has been obsessed with collecting pens. This is not unusual in itself, but his plan is to cross breed them to get either a striped or spotted ink. However, he has discovered that pens don't mate in captivity, and certainly not while being watched!
In the meantime, his children have discovered the fun of disassembling the aforementioned pens, so his studies will soon come to a sad end.

One of Zurb's special interests is Cross Dressing.

Mainstream market is huge for Zurb's productions.
Crocheted, hand-sewn, or welded....Zurb's outfits turn your goldfish into a parrot, hippo into a gorilla,
or domestic tabby into virtually anyone else it'd care to be.

tree is so named because of her love of tree hugging. She is so obsessed with tree hugging that she got her arms surgically extended so that she can hug the bigger trees in her neighbourhood too. She would hate any tree to feel left out! (She also now has the advantage of being able to pick up whatever she drops without bending over).

Don't know if this should be for tree or zurb, but it doesn't matter really because they're a decorating duo. Meaning they like to paint everything they see bright purple. Everything. Including themselves, a passing cat, all the cars they pass, the neighbour's garden, etc, etc. They intend to live in a world totally purple within 2 years.

Inabox excels at crafting replacement parts for vintage telephones.
This is a performance skill on the level displayed by Mozart
when he played on the covered keyboard for the Emperor.
No blindfold can hamper Inabox in her artistry with her chosen instrument
that converts acoustic vibrations to electrical signals in order to transmit sound,
typically voices, over a distance.

tree is so interested in squirrels that she actually modified their lifestyle to be closer to that of her favorite animal. She lives in trees, eats nuts out of people's hands and only communicates using squirrel-like chatter.

Myron collects Depression glass in order to follow the Old World custom of breaking glass at the end of the old year/beginning of the new year, for luck and release of tension.

Formulates recipes for deep cleansing foam to clean ball-jointed dolls and tests them on resale shop Barbies first.

Steam presses walnuts.

His interests include kicking giraffes when they're down, yoddeling to the tune of Coldplay's - Fix You, and baking banana bread without any bananas.

His special interests include: Writing profound and complex beat poem arrangements in iambic pentameter on fortune cookie paper

Our above-mentioned Well-Known Member needs no further introduction after I tell you that he is justly famous for yodelling top 40 hits under cross-examination as an expert witness in soap opera. Please give a warm welcome to...
