I knew there would be an international divide over this! I’m just a rabble rouser, these days, stirring up trouble. As an American, the peanut butter and jelly sandwich is something I am very proud of.Thats's something I have only seen on American tv. Putting peanut butter and jelly on bread is very foreign. The first time I heard about it, I didn't know they were talking about jam, I thought they meant this kind of jelly and it sounded so weird to put this on bread:

I’m a pacifist and a chameleon. That looks absolutely delicious. This is how wars begin. We have a different version of it here. Goat cheese and strawberry jam. That's normal, peanut butter and jam is just weird.

This is how wars begin. We have a different version of it here. Goat cheese and strawberry jam. Or raspberry jam. And it's best on waffles, with a little sour cream on top. That's normal, peanut butter and jam is just weird.
