How do you manage "STRESS" as an autistic individual?

Since that "STRESS" is a fact of everyday life regardless on what spectrum that the person is. There are some stress that can managed while other types of stress can't be managed. It all depends on what control we have over stress and any stress that's hard to manage are the ones that are hard to control.

How do manage Stress? What would your conclusions be?
 
The best way to manage stress is not to care. Or if it is too late for that, to stop caring. I have an "FTW!" demon that kicks in when the world starts falling apart, and I cannot cope.

Know what you can change, know what you cannot. Accept what you cannot change and move on. Fighting that which you cannot change is the source of all pain.

Failing that, there's always a long hard hike. Or Valium.
 
I ration my face time to allow enough time to process the stimulation. I also avoid videos with jarring introductions and tinkly background "music" like the example given.
 
When i'm overwhelmed i do something on the computer, that distracts me, or put some music or just silence and lay in the bed trying to think something nice.
 
I dont really have a healthy outlet for un-stressing if it gets passed a point. Run up to stress, depending on triggers can lead me to do walks, workouts, workshop, video gaming. But I have not learned how to handle myself if I get passed a point of too much. =/
 
Does waiting it out count as managing it? Waiting for the situation, thing or person/people causing me the stress to stop, give up and go elsewhere, that's what I end up doing a lot of the time, if possible.
