How to handle/respond partner going on vacation

Greetings and salutations,

I know this is not the right section for it but I figured it might be handy to kill two birds with one stone.
I'm obviously new here, and I hope I'll be able to make helpful contributions and give helpful advice where needed. And I hope I'll get along with everyone as well, of course!

I do however have a question/request for advice, it's something that has been bothering me for a long time. I'm curious if it's just me, or if other aspies have the same problem/struggles.

This weekend, or from Friday until Monday rather, my partner is going away on a Halloween trip.
I've never experienced this before but I'm incredibly scared and overwhelmed and basically there's chaos in my head.
We have however talked about it extensively and she has offered to keep me updated and in the loop, so to say, which I found incredibly sweet.

It does not however take away any of my anxiety/frustrations/etc.
Has anyone experienced this too? Could anyone give advice as to how I can best handle this situation?

Friendly greetings and thanks in advance,
Ben M.
