You got to tell this to fellow Asians (especially Aspies) who want to move to New Zealand. Especially for people from larger cities, we feel left out by our societies.
What more we can do in the oppression against ordinary people (let alone us)? We don't even have dole money. We just have to 'beg' and perhaps wait for the day we are even accepted as citizens of our land. Meanwhile, what we can do, even with the degree we tried our best to earn despite those enrollment limits AND our unemployment, is either doing something a high school graduate can do (Oh, this sort of job is relatively easy to find for now, but we'll never know) or... we remain unemployed, we try harder for those 'skilled jobs', and we engage in our interests - writing, drawing etc
Not everything in Asia is rosy as you think, just as not everything in New Zealand is great. We both learnt something - it is the same no matter where we go or live, we are out of place everywhere around the world because of our autism/conditions. We live with our autism.
