I feel like breaking down and engaging in addictions!

My brain and spirit are both telling me I need Jim Beam and Coca Cola. Or vodka and Mountain Dew.

My intellect is telling me to stay the course. It has been some time since my last alcoholic beverage, but only a week since my last soda.

I feel cranky as hell. I feel anxious as hell. I feel fatigued as hell. I feel like I am going somewhat insane. My body has developed a dependence on absolute garbage.

You might try eating very small amounts (of balanced protein/carb/fat)
every 3 or 4 hours. And drinking water. Plain or with a tsp of lemon juice
or vinegar in it.

The small meals subdue raging *I gotta have me some junk food* surges.

Almonds work.
20 of them
10 grapes or raisins with a piece of cheese.

I am paraphrasing from a book that features a food plan for hypoglycemia.

I am making ground turkey tacos for dinner tonight with Spanish rice and refried black beans. I have some non alcoholic beer in my fridge to have alongside this.

I probably should take a long walk this afternoon and burn off this nervous energy. As long as I do not stop at any corner stores, I will be just fine.

Whoever invented HFCS should be put to death.

did something set you off and trigger you? Like holidays remind you of ** family**?
I think I should start my own family. It will be like the Manson family, only without the drugs, the STDs and the mass murder. OK, maybe nothing like the Manson family since I put it like that.
