I have a legal question

I have a child with a man from a previous relationship. We are not together and our custody agreement is I have our son (age 3) weekdays, and my ex will have him weekends. We are both 20.

The only problem is that his fiance, who is twice our age, is a drug user and an alcoholic. She is constantly posting herself on social media partying and makes drunken Facebook posts weekly. She cusses and acts very innapropriately around my son. Last weekend he came home using the F word and hasn't stopped since. So yeah...not exactly the type of person I want my son being exposed to. I want to raise a polite well mannered boy who has respect and decency, and will be a well functioning member of society.

As a residential parent, do I legally have the right to keep her away from my son? If so, where do I start? I live in Kentucky.

Doesn't sound like a good situation for your 3 year old son at all. I'd def contact a lawyer on this.

Do you already have a court order or is it verbal? Make copies of or take pictures of the girlfriends facebook comments and make sure the dates are noted so it is seen to be on the days your son is with them. I don't know Kentucky law, but you most likely will have to go to court to get the custody agreement changed.
