I need some help

I am self diagnosed because I have parents who think I try to be every disability I see on the internet. Which is flat out not true. I look up the things I’m feeling and then put an excess of research into it. I am already diagnosed with diabetes type one, adhd, depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. I told my mom and she said I was faking everything. I want to bring it up to my therapist but I’m terrified to what do I do?

Hi and welcome!

Something you may wish to consider is writing down a list of reasons on why you think you're on the spectrum (and while not necessarily indicative, adhd, depression, and anxiety can often co-occur with autism, and panic attacks can sometimes be related to meltdowns), and when you're comfortable, to bring it up with your therapist and see what they think and what they might recommend as a course of action.
