I mostly can't eat it because god hates me, but occasionally I'll have a super tiny thing of haagen dazs and hope it doesn't ruin my life

I have a really strong preference of soft serve over "hard" ice cream, but there are some flavors that I do like. My favorite ice cream flavors are vanilla, cantaloupe (yes, really), cookie dough, cherry, watermelon, black raspberry, and salted caramel.

I love ice cream sandwiches, gelato, frozen yogurt, frozen yogurt bars, popsicles, Mochi, Italian ice, and shaved ice (but ONLY the kind of shaved ice they have in Hawaii. It doesn't taste the same anywhere else imo.)

I know people are going to roast me for this but I hate chocolate ice cream with a passion. The aftertaste reminds me of barf.

Why would I roast you over that? All this means is that I don’t have to share it with you, so it’s a win-win.

I'm not much of an ice cream person, I know the horror of it... I tend to prefer savoury snacks over sweet, but did have a killer donut today, a small town I pass through sometimes with a small independent shop that has awesome donuts! But even then I don't often eat them either

My go to dessert.
Favourites are mint chocolate chip, (as long as it isn't coloured green!), Moose Tracks,
Rocky Road, Vanilla with dark chocolate topping and whipped cream.
Ice cream sandwiches, of course also.

This poll comes at the right time.
Yesterday, after lunch, I ate 1/2 carton of Rocky Road.
Normally I wouldn't eat that much, but for some reason I couldn't stop myself!

Pistacho, salted carmel with pretzel bits, coffee :), bittersweet chocolate (hard to find).

Tiramsu flavor, anything Italien ice cream. Mochi green tea ice cream balls. Sorbets- any flavor. And those wild combos like Ben and Jerry. But coffee is my go to for anything.

This made me instantly happy. What a great post. This was a Moo - d lifting pill for me. ;) That was bad humor.

Was never big on ice cream even though always very tasty...not sure why. Rarely I will crave it on a hot day though, but don't consider it as a staple.

For the record, always enjoy your food polls. Get a good chuckle from the choices.

One friend of mine will go for an ice cream on a cold winter day, and he's not the only one...

One photo from a couple years ago, taken outside an ice cream shop on a snowy day...

I still always recall the best vanilla ice cream I ever had.

Got to have some right after my uncle made it fresh. With my cousins and I doing a lot of the cranking.

We thought it all would be some kind of joke until we tasted it. Wow...what a surprise! :)

No ice cream, but I would if I could.

I don't because:
cow milk
the non-dairy ice creams don't work because of sweeteners
sugar (or other sweetener)
definitely no chocolate

A frozen peach or pear, with a little almond or oat milk
over it, while it thaws, so that it forms a glaze, is pleasant at night.
