There's this forum to do with anxiety support, but some troll has been spamming on it for years with multiple accounts. The owner hasn't signed in for years, so I have no idea why this stupid forum even still exists. He seems to update the domain every year, and doesn't even use the forum any longer, having last logged in like a decade ago. Just has a bunch of links to things you can buy regarding mental health stuff. However, this idiot has left it choc-a-bloc with abuse.
To find the hosting service of a site, you go on who.is, but a lot of website owners these days like to use this "Cloudflare" to disguise this information. It's basically some service that acts like a reverse proxy. So upon emailing the personnel at Cloudflare, they're supposed to email you back, letting you know who the real host is. So they did that, but after I contacted a company named GTT to report this menace who has been harassing me online, they asked for some IP address, which I assume is so that they can look into the matter. The awkward part is, if you write to Cloudflare, they ignore all your emails, which means that unless they give out this info, you're not going to know the IP they're referring to.
When you fill in a report form like they request you to do at times, they're meant to forward that across to the host. But they generally only reply to these DMCA related complaints, and never just general abuse reports.
I get the impression Cloudflare knows they're notorious for people having to send them complaints and similar questions about hosting providers, so they just don't bother genuinely assisting anyone with their enquiry.
