Do you play Ingress?
If so, what faction and current level?

I'm with Resistance, just reached L3.

Started playing as I thought it might force me to get exercise. In reality, the portals here are so few and far between, I can only get there by motorbike! I've submitted some new portals since the iPhone app was updated to allow it, but none are approved yet. Most existing portals are incorrectly positioned, so it's been frustrating on the iPhone as until recently I couldn't do anything about it. Here, there are few other players. But will be back in NZ soon, and I'm sure it will be very different!

Anyone playing Ingress on an Android device? Is it any better than on the iPhone?
iPhone's pseudo-GPS is pathetic once you get beyond 200m of a house, which makes reaching some portals even in NZ near impossible. True GPS would make the game so much more playable.
(Of course its not just Ingress that is affected, but all the sports and mapping apps too!)</rant>
