Internet Overload: How To Regain Your Concentration and Focus

A video I came across and decided to share, for those of you who have trouble concentrating on reading - especially if the lack of concentration is due in part or entirely to an overload of internet usage through our computers, smartphones, etc.

Since I came to this site just now for a distraction from work, the very existence of this thread is enough to guilt me into getting back to work.

Try sitting in silence for 20 minutes. Keeping a silence within as well as silence without.

It ain't easy! - but well worth the effort

I have noticed that I cannot read books at the moment but I don’t know if it’s a direct cause due to internet overload because while growing up I have had the tendency to daydream and zone out and go through periods where I cannot even read a chapter to being able to read a book. I also go through phases with drawing where I will draw then start to procrastinate.
