I haven't been on the ASD threads in a decade. I am here b/c things are not going well so don't want to post. I'll just look around for something to cheer me up a bit...

Hi, and Welcome to the forums! I hope you make new friends and enjoy your stay here in the process! :)

Hi and welcome. Sorry to hear things aren't going well. I hope you will find it supportive here, and feel better.

Hi. There is a baby animals thread. There is a hardcore underground here of meme collectors, please encourage them. Some of the lolcats are truly epic. There are some truly groan worthy puns as well

What will cheer you up here is the realization that there are no new ways to sin in this world. Welcome.

I am so sorry to hear that things are not going well and it is ok that you don't want to post.
I respect your honesty in making this post.
I hope you find something on here to cheer you up a bit.
Should you feel better in future, which I hope you do, you are welcome to post, or pm me.
If not, that is ok too.

PROs
Well, I found a tele-shrink licensed in my state of residence who specializes in PTSD and I liked their face in the photo. I have my first appointment at the end of next week.

CONS
I think I would be more comfortable with someone coming from the social work track. This tele-shink is a nurse practitioner (NP). I tend to prefer NPs to MDs or PAs for medical conditions but I am concerned about mental health. Whatever goes in the medical record is available to a wide audience - ever read one of those release forms the offices in the deep stack of forms one has to sign to access medical treatment?
