Hello, first post is usually an introduction so here i am. Im an aspie  i found out only a few months ago after my new girlfriend recognised a few traits and social problems as she has delt with kids with AS, so we looked it up and bingo! My initial reaction was of relief, there is actually a name for what im feeling and there is structure to what i thought was, well i didnt know what it was i didnt know what was different about me i just knew something was. So i took an online test (roughly 5-6 times just to be sure) and confirmed what we were thinking, i think that if we hadn't found this out then me and my partner would have separated soon after we got together but she is amazing and helps as much as she can, she doesn't always get it right but i don't particularly make it easy for her. I will be contributing to this forum as much as i can as there have been many blogs and much info that has helped me so far that id like to help anyone else who may need answers to some questions that i may know. Thanks for the cool forum.

Luke
