Do you jog outside? Do you wear a mask when you do? Would love to see some recipes, too. It sounds like you are doing good things!

Hi yes i do jog outside, in the uk we have another 2 weeks or soon of social distancing befoer the next government review, i don't wear a mask my strategy is to continually risk assess and react to people and respond with good time re adequate space.
I'm a bit of a experimental cook and recipes are often a invention not often to be repeated experience, i like to try new recipes most times and find the prep clears the clutter in my head.

Thank you all for your warm words of welcome. Sorry I didn’t get back to you earlier, I find that I lose track of time now that I’m furloughed.
