it is my birthday

i know driving is awesome, i just cant be arsed with applying for my provisional, i will get round to it eventually, and anyway, for the time being my mountain bike will do

I can't remember exactly, but I had an out of date passport when I requested mine online... They took my passport number which was enough, then I just had to send an updated photo with suitable proof - i.e. signed by a teacher or whatever. The DVLA were fairly quick getting it back to me - don't listen to all the 4-6 week rumours. :)
