Finaly had the funds in the account to go get a load of river rock in my old pickup Saturday morning. Rest of the day I was busy going to the model train shop and other family duties. Today my wife and I spread the rock, both in the garden railway area and other landscaped areas that needed stone. Then I spent a good hour spreading new ballest(pea gravel) along the track. Then the new trains I bought yesterday came out for some enjoyable play time. Mike

Very impressive! Sounds like a lot of hard work has gone into making this look nice, and I must say, it has certainly paid off! I'm not a big train person, but this looks like it fits in so well with the garden! I think it's very cool how you are able to incorporate that into the landscape of your home by having it in the garden!

I wish I had the know how and spare cash to do this for my son he would absolutely love this. He's obsessed with anything trains, it's the only thing he plays with. He has one that fills the floor, I wouldn't see him if he had something like this.

It's impressive and looks lovely

Beautiful. :) Thank you for posting pictures, I love looking at your trains and their landscape. I thought of your pictures when I was at an excellent old fashioned (lots of components and supplies) hobby store the other day.
