Hey this is Just a quick one.

I'm moving soon and the Lady next door wants to see the house.
What I really don't like is them going into my room. bedrooms are personal and private areas.
Would It be ok to let them in but deny access to parts of the house (Rented flat)

Is the lady next door going to be buying or renting the house? Or is she the landlord? If either of those are true I could see her wanting to see the bedroom. That being said, if she wants to see I think you have a right to only let her be in your room when you are also in your room to ensure she isn't going through drawers or otherwise snooping. If this lady is simply just a neighbor then she doesn't need to see the bedroom.

Agree with Butterfly, and would add - The landlord likely has the right to show the entire property, but, perhaps you could speak with the landlord, mention your concern/discomfort, and request she not show the bedroom until after you have moved out. It is entirely possible that she might empathize, or, simply be a nice person, and take your needs into consideration.

I just stayed with them while in my room - seemed easier in the end.

Think she was buying the house, maybe ?
