so hey!
my daughter is autistic she is great such a smart sweet girl however on occasion she has a meltdown and I understand that , she is frustrated by recently got her a compression vest
and when she gets frazzled she puts it on and instant calming this one works like magic
I got her some before however they were not true compression so they did NOTHING so when you get one of these compression vests like the one I got by autistic vest ... make sure its the real deal or it wont work.

Aye, a proper one may be more helpful that one that just has weights. Although proper pressure vests are incredibly expensive. Personally I've got a Squease vest and it was not cheap!
