I keep getting logged out every five mins and find this really frustrating. It is just me or does everyone soldier on thru this annoyance. I left ages ago because of this.

One thing it might be is that my 3rd world ipaddress keeps changing. I took it up with the provider but he just shrugged and said that was how it is.

You should only be logged out around 20 minutes of inactivity. There was a problem some time ago but that has now been fixed. It seems that your changing IP address may be what is causing the problem or it could be your internet browser's cookie settings.

:D actually, when I 1st registered it annoyed me so much, I decided never to come back but then after receiving several messages from aspiescentral, I gave it one more try :D now it doesn't bother me any more and I don't really want to figure out what the problem is, doesn't matter :)

You might want to install LastPass, a password manager/form filler, which has a built-in feature that allows you to automatically log into sites.

Back when AC had that aforementioned log-out bug, it never affected me since I used the auto-login feature in LastPass.

Why is LastPass different from the way modern browsers remember passswords?
