Life advice

Has anyone got any encouraging advice to give to a friend with autism to stay strong in life? Just thought of trying to bless them with a nice encouraging message

Hmm, it depends on the particular person, and what they need to hear.
If they're lonely...
"You don't need everyone be your friend/understand you/accept you...if you're lucky enough to find that one real friend, who accepts you and cares about you, he/she can make all the difference."

I would suggest that your friend do research on Temple Grandin. She's an inspiration to anyone on the spectrum!!

I was feeling down today, carrer/university/social issues. Your phrase boosted my morale.

Thank you so much!!!

I have found that things tend to get better as I get older. I am not harassed as much or at least not as openly as when I was younger. My brain is more mature and I understand/process things better, at least I've had more experience with it. I experience much more acceptance and less rejection. Does that help?
