Hell yeah!

Rural support for disabled folks is often very, very scattered. Good to see him fitting in--and let's remember Temple Grandin was also involved in the livestock industry and that's how she made some of her discoveries.
 
I think Ryan’s story shows that success at work is all about the right fit. The right support and the right environment can create a space where unique abilities can really shine and our efforts actually propel us forward. I’m hoping to find my own “right fit” soon.
