Meditations for the Christmas/Festive period...

It's no surprise that a lot of us don't particularly like the increase in stress and craziness that occurs during the festive season - regardless of whether you celebrate Christmas, Hanukah, another festive holiday or just treat December as another month of the year.

In any case, for those of you who like to meditate to relieve stress, get a good night's sleep, get over the winter blues, etc. - here's some meditations of varying length but with a festive/Christmas theme for if you're interested.
