I swear I saw it on my posts before. I never checked it but I thought it was there.Because it's your own post. I've never been able to emote on my own posts here, or anywhere else really.
Your eyes have been playing tricks on you!I swear I saw it on my posts before. I never checked it but I thought it was there.
Sometimes I wonder if anybody has reported their own post and if it made sense at the time to do so!
I have reported my own OPs in the past to request that they be moved to a more appropriate sub-forum, etc....Sometimes I wonder if anybody has reported their own post and if it made sense at the time to do so!

Does it? I kinda like the icons as a way to show someone support for example, but other than that I don't see that ratings are a key feature of this site. Am I missing something? Do you use them in a different way to me? I mean, I don't ever pay any attention to the numbers in someone's profile thing. "Points" don't seem to have any real significance.especially somewhere like this that relies on a rating system.

I use them as a simple way to acknowledge to someone that I read their post and thought about it in some way.Does it? Yes, that too. Sometimes I'm too overwhelmed to write a long reply, so I will just give someone a "friendly" reaction so they know I thought about it and noticed it.I use them as a simple way to acknowledge to someone that I read their post and thought about it in some way.
I’m always looking for ways to do things without words. Words are hard sometimes.

Yes, Facebook still allows it, but almost everyone knows it is pointless.I think that at least used to be something you could do on Facebook, but I haven't used it in several years so I don't know if that's current.
Wouldn't it be easier to just delete?Yes, members can and do report their own posts.
After reviewing them, we generally take appropriate actions on them.
No, sometimes they are just misplaced under the wrong topic, so there is no need to remove them.Wouldn't it be easier to just delete?
