Just had the phone call from hell with Virgin, again! I forgot the password to my mobile account, I have the security answer set up as my Mother's maiden name, which I gave to the woman on the phone, twice, and she did not understand!
Grr! I speak very clear English in a Sheffield accent, why don't Foreign call centres and even some UK ones understand me?!
The problem with the account in particular is not just that I forgot the password, the line on Virgin in Sheffield is VERY bad, some people cannot hear me at all when I'm on calls, and due to being deaf I tend to speak very loudly, sometimes even shouting down the phone, I know some people think I'm being aggressive when I do that but I cannot help it.
There are no Virgin mobile shops in Sheffield, the closest one'is in Barnsley, a good half an hour's Train ride away.
I have asked on the Virgin forum, and sent a PM to one of their forum staff when she asked me to yesterday (although I didn't get the request till about an hour ago), which hasn't been responded to yet AFAIK.
The Virgin team member replied to my PM today, she wanted my account details, not being funny but I went through all that, at least attempted to, with the Foreign call centre last night.
