My daily affirmation words, I am so grateful now that…

I hope something good happens to you today

I am so happy and grateful that good things are happening to me in increasing quantities, from multiple sources, on a continuous basis.

I am so happy and grateful now that money is coming to me in increasing quantities, from multiple sources, on a continuous basis.

I got that from a video featuring a discussion with Bob Proctor. His quote was about money but one can easily insert another subject like “good things.”

Things have been increasingly better in general since I started doing this, despite occasional setbacks.

I have found that rebuking negative and unhelpful thoughts clears a path for me in life, especially when including positive affirmations.

This may sound a bit silly but it has been genuinely helpful.

It sounds a bit cliché, but attitude is so important. In fact, it's sometimes THE most important thing in life. It affects your mental health and other's mental health.

I know we've all been there at one time or another, those depressed, angry, frustrated, anxious feelings. How do you typically respond to things when you are in those moods? How do others respond to you when you are in those moods? It's never good. There's a lot of negativity there.

Now, how do feel when you project gratitude, a smile on your face, a calm demeanor? How do others respond to that?

There's a level of empathy there, in part, due to our brain's "mirror neurons", where we tend to reflect the emotional energy presented to us. Any time you are amongst a group of people, at work, on a sports team, whatever, attitude/emotional energy (morale) can make the difference between having a good day and a bad one.

That's a great reminder for me, thanks. It's so easy to be negative about life but it doesn't help anybody, especially myself. I am so grateful that I can play music to make people happy, including myself. 🎸🎸

I make gratitude a daily practice and it has made a big improvement in my quality of life.

I'm so glad you have found that too.
