Basically, while she was in a hospice for respite, the staff there deliberately pulled out her lines. Where catheters have to be inserted, essentially. She panicked and came home near the end of August, I think.
A nurse came from the hospital on the 5th of September to give pain relief, with her being delayed dialysis until the 29th of August. Not long afterwards, a different nurse from the hospice came the same day for some reason, and gave her an overdose. This was stated by paramedics who came to my family's home.
In hospital, mum lay in bed very frail. A nurse told me lies and said she could get dialysis if she woke up. But she was too heavily sedated. He then bothered my sister after I left the room, stating a red form was signed by the hospice with no consent, ending her dialysis.
Do you think there's enough proof for a case?
