Negative thoughts

ExplosiveTMT

Humour's my middle name.
I wrote a version of this post that I didn't agree with. I apologise to anyone who read that :(
After doing some thinking about things, I think my problem is having too many negative thoughts. I find that being alone in my bedroom doesn't help me with that either.

I tend think horrible things and then I get mad. It happens a lot. Anyone else have the same problem? :)

Actually I do too. These thoughts may come and go, but I find the best way to deal with it is through distraction like music, games, and just a walk sometimes.

Perhaps you need to get out more.

Sitting on your own only works that much. If things are getting on your nerves quickly, you're most likely in need of some more and better distraction.

I've had similar issues, but luckily I can keep myself busy and less negative most of the time.

5HTP and GABA work for me. I also find that pot really helps. I just have to be careful what strain I smoke. Indicas often make me feel like ripping my wrists open. But seriously, if the guy who introduced me to pot told me he was Jesus, I'd believe him. That's how much weed has improved my life.

yes, I relate to this problem. I am horribly negative right now - toxic, I am poisoning myself, I hate to know how it could affect my husband (I have kept myself away from most other people). Sometimes I think I am hooked on terrible thoughts, on the anger that comes from it - in a sick way. In one sense, it revs me up, I can feel the surge of energy, but it's an unhealthy way.

B12 works wonders for myself, I can't take 5HTP as it made me really agitated after three days of normal use so I dropped in the trash.
