Neurographica, part therapy, part art

I have been enjoying doing neurographic art lately. It is fun to do and beautiful to look at. There are many videos on YouTube with howtos. I'll post one below. But neurographica was designed as a therapy tool. The video blow covers both the basjc how to directions and gets one started in the self guided aspect of neurographica too
