I am being to understand my isolation which I contributed to be an introvert. I think it might be more than that.
im hoping by recognizing my patterns of behavior, I will be able to change some. I think my biggest and most desirable change will be to locally connect to one if not more people in person. I had some opportunities, however they fizzled and I don’t know why. So I obsess over what went wrong.Yeah- this. I too went through most of my life simply lamenting that I was an introvert and little else. Though in my mid fifties I stumbled onto something called "Aspergers Syndrome" and just couldn't let go of it. While it was a rough journey down a road strewn with potholes of denial, I eventually came to the conclusion the likelihood of being autistic...ASD level one.
Simple point. You've come to the right place to explore the possibilities, interacting with those of us who could well be "your own kind".
