Hello I'm 26 white male and i always feel the need to touch my face i have to do it every since i can remember it's getting annoying to me i just don't know why i do it help me figure it out

Maybe it's a form of stimming? Do you notice you doing it more when you're stressed or anything? Finding something else to do with your hands may help, but I'm uncertain without knowing why you may be doing it.
 
I do it all the time when i was a kid it was all over my face now I'm 26 and it's mainly my eyes i have to touch and nose can't stop it's super annoying i really don't understand it

I can't just sit on my hands if i try that i feel the need to touch my eyes and i have to or my face area it's hard to explain but i can't sit on my hands to help this problem i tried that at a very early age now i have no clue what to do but just touch n my eyes and nose and have all the time i really want a new start In life no one else can feel how i feel it's really dumb i look stupid doing it and when someone asks i just say my head hurts and it kinda does from me always having the want and need 5 have my fingers on my face eyes nose
 
Okay, new question. Is this something you do as a movement (touch your eyes, then your nose, or touch them both together) repeatedly, or as a constant having your hands there?
 
Have you ever thought about putting something on your hands to help break the habit? This seems more than just habit and maybe a stress or trigger factor that you need to look within to figure out.

I do something very similar. It's a stim in response to anxiety or stress and entirely involuntary - I wish I could stop.

Its normal for White Males to touch their face. No, just kidding. ;) Actually its not very rare, especially among aspies. But I think you might need a professional to help you with it (ie Psychologist/Therapist).
