These 4 words are mentioned many times in The Qur'an. Also now we are in the last 10 days of Ramadan. This is my second Ramadan me personally, with under 100% performance. But i write this because I thought i must shower, as today i'm not fasting, due to bad executive skills. ASD has as you know bad executive skills. If you don't know, excutive skills are including time management and ADL, and; control.
Taking shower requires executive skills. It is easier to take shower during day-time because we are awake during daytime and we perform during daytime. During night-time we recharge and the body heals itself. In Ramadan though we Muslims (or me at least) have to wake up by night to consume food and water and shower, as during day when Sun is up we can't consume food water and shower.
My point is: It is easier to shower during day-time and this requires i'm not fasting. With increased control (and executive skills), in future exposure to difficulty in Ramadan, i can fast and shower during nightime. With better time-management and better control.
So maybe it is relevant, Allah says: "With difficulty comes ease, indeed with difficulty comes ease."
