Hi guys,
I wanted to share with you that I had come across a fairly new book on OCD. Its title is "A Workbook for Clinicians, Children and Teens; Actions to Beat, Control and Defeat OCD". Even as an adult, I have benefited from reading this book. It is a work book so it does have parts that need to be filled out (it really helps with awareness of feelings and thoughts). I've personally made more improvements than with the help of any other method or book. I know everybody is different but I hope some people could find it helpful at least a little bit. I got it from the library.
