if anything frightens you write that down !,get it out !,I wrote a huge list of everything that frightened me ,pages worth ,when I felt numb ,I did a few different things , I was shocked for a small amount of time and frightened ,then when I started to panic ,I thought I’m going to do what I normally do !every day !try to go out for a few minutes and then go back in ,If the Sun is shining try to stay out for a bit longer ,it will help your sleep patterns, if you go out find somewhere quiet .Now l am micromanaging, what is most important to say, can l ask for things to journal? What books does she recommend? How do you deal with feeling numb? I don't have anger, just numb, and prefer to stay home more. Its comfortable to stay in for me.
