Old Hobby for an older age.

It's an old habit of mine. Lie in bed on my back and listen. Just breath.
I can hear and feel my heart beat. Then feel beyond. Almost one with Earth's rotation. As the wind breaths across the land. Mountains, forests, beaches and sea. It's nice. Quiet and with a wholeness difficult to describe.

It is a form of self meditation and grounding. A good hobby to have.

... Almost one with Earth's rotation.

About that. The earth spins at roughly 1000 miles per hour. Why then if you jump up, do you not go flying half way across the continent? Why don't bugs smack into your face with the force of a refridgerator? That has always perplexed me.

;)

Have you taken off your gravity boots again, @Tom? ;)
