Old Youtube Videos You Wish You Could Find

Does anyone have any YT videos they watched long ago, liked and then have tried to find them again to no avail? Perhaps the creators deleted them and they're gone for good. Or perhaps there's some other reason you can't seem to locate them again. I have a few:

Max: This is probably easily ten years old or more, but there was a video about a Toy Fox Terrier dog named Max. The video had an amusing music track and was just a fairly short vid of the dog and his antics. My wife and I still get the song in our head now and again and hum it. Each of us knows that the humming is referring to the vid about Max. I've never been able to find it since.

A video tutorial about the pour-over coffee brewing method but I believe it was set in the state of Washington and the female presenter was showing a woman how to brew coffee that way. It looked like the presenter had a small coffee roasting business out of her garage in a residential area or something and I really enjoyed the vid. I can't find it again.

Do you have any Youtube video memories of vids you've seen that you liked but seem to be no more?

It was a very early Youtube video (2005-2006) my mother shared with me, in which the person taking the video outside with a handheld video recorder is greeting his mother who has her birthday. I think she gets stuck in the car door, then trips and falls, and finally, the son says happy birthday mom and then hits her in the face with her birthday cake. She gets understandably really angry at that, runs at the son, and the video ends when she just about reaches him.

I have no idea if the video is staged or not, and it's definitely mean spirited (even as a kid, I thought the son was a prat and my favourite part was the mother slowly standing up and running to him), but I mostly find it interesting because it's probably the first Youtube video I saw, and it speaks to my mother's humor. How impossible it is to find is interesting to me in itself. If it had been a popular meme, I doubt I would have any interest in rewatching it.

YES!!!

I used to like watching this little documentary series, aimed at small children, about 4 and 5-year-olds starting school. It's called Milkshake Big School. I just got into it and wanted to write a book on it (fanfiction) but it's suddenly been taken off YouTube. It's not fair, because you can't get it on Netflix or Disney+ or on DVD. So I'll probably never see it again. Thanks again, YouTube and your stupid copyright policies.

I remember seeing a YouTube video about a theory on Professor Oak in the Pokémon games set in Kanto (excluding the Let’s Go games) and how he was kidnapped and an imposter is posing as him for most of the game. It had a lot of good evidence and explained that this is why he can’t remember he own grandson’s name or even know who you are despite living literally right next door to him for years. I just can’t find the video.

I wish i could see the "unofficial" clip of Eric Prydz's "Call On Me" but with the original "Valerie's" official clip playing over

It's not even that old (OK maybe it is because my entire sense of time has been messed up since the pandemic) but there was one YouTube video I found some years back when I randomly searched for 'stop disliking my videos' videos (because ngl watching videos of like 12-13 year olds getting pissed off and trying to start drama with other 12-13 year olds because their videos with like 10 views got 1 dislike was like weirdly funny to me. Like kids acting like this is some serious drama and trying to start fights while all the videos get like 100 views at the most) and it was a video where the kid was just like 'This is a message for people who keep disliking my videos...'

And then he just proceeded to scream STOOOOOOOOOOOOOP IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTT while shaking the camera and then it ended.

IDK why I wanna find that video again, I think it's cuz it wasn't hard to find like parodies of it but the OG one is long gone (it's fairly easy to find the dude's YouTube channel and he still uploads stuff most recently as like 8 months ago but yeah he must've deleted the STOP DISLIKING MY VIDEOS video cuz of how much people were mocking him for it).

I remember there was one music video which I will not name that basically contained trans porn, and the song was by one of my favorite electronic musicians, and that eventually got removed from YouTube entirely.

There used to be a video titled 'Sir Noble Hamish' which, unsurprisingly, was about an English Bull Terrier that could say Mumma on command.

I just bookmark the ones I like and never purge them. Just for the heck of it, I accessed them all to see if they were still there. All of them work fine.

I must live a charmed life.

I did bookmark mine but it's out of your control if they take them off YouTube.

I wish I had downloaded them onto my laptop but I didn't think they'd take those off.
