I was rather more referring to getting a diagnosis (if that is what they want) and finding a good and knowledgeable psychologist.And the answer to that is: zero resources are available to an adult with aspergers. At least he has some family that is concerned about his wellbeing.

Have you broached the subject with him?
If you have and he is receptive, probably doing some online questionnaires would be a good place to start. The Aspie Quiz is a pretty good gauge to begin with.
After that, some of the Americans here would probably have more info about what resources are available to you.
