Parmigiana with pink sauce

I was wondering, do you think parmigiana would pair well with a creamy pink tomato-alfredo sauce?

I love chicken parmigiana with pink sauce. Don't think it would go very well with eggplant or veal parmigiana though.

I think it would work with veal too as that has a delicate flavor.

Maybe you are right. I love ballet pink shade. So many pretty shades of pink.

Cream based tomato would work well with chicken, similar to an alfredo. Veal or eggplant, ish.
