Pc fan makes a lot of noise drives me crazy!!!

hi all, can somebody give me adive
on this my fan makes a lot of noise,
how can i clean it and with what?
and to stop this hobbile noise!!!

Been there. Drove me up the wall. Tried everything, but 'silent' fans aren't very silent.
I don't know how this will help you but i installed a bathroom evacuation fan in a cupboard and connected it with a hose to my pc. All you hear is a bit of a wooshing noise.

@petrossa - That is really funny, yet I'm surprised that has actually worked despite this your way of sorting out this annoying fan noise.
I think that is actually a creative way of boosting the computers performance too.
 
Big, giant pricey heatsink that barely fits in your case with large, relatively slow fan. Oh, and next time choose a cpu that doesn't run too hot.
