As I am about to eat a bowl of pho for lunch, I am starting this poll. Who else here loves this noodle soup?

I make a decent soup myself. :)

I love a lot of the Vietnamese flavours though and I'll take Banh Mi instead of a hamburger any day of the week.

I really like it as long as the broth, the foundation of Pho is good. I also like it best with the less traditional thin wheat/egg noodle than the rice noodle. Eating a huge bowl of Pho makes your stomach slosh around.

LOVE IT...but the squid sauce and other things they use to make it that are either fermented or have MSG trigger migraines for me...I need to try to figure out a way to make it at home

My favorite noodle preparation is Tsukemen ramen, dipping ramen, pronounced "skee-men.” I hope to try some more next year.
