I was calling the local Doctors surgery.
I just scream "AGENT!" as long as it takes to get automated systems to turn me over to a live human being. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

I think it depends on who you talk to! it's not really customer service !it's just sell you something ! whoever decides on the dialogue is not realistic !I enquired about a product because there were no dimensions ,there was no mention of the fact in their answering email that it was extremely inefficient to have to ask them for dimensions when they should've been on the page .They certainly 'understand' like a recorded message.
