Positive messages to myself.

I have been realistic when replacing some negative thoughts with positive messages. At what point does it go overboard?

Do you remember how Muhammad Ali used to shout "I`m the greatest, I`m a bad man and I`m pretty!"? If you find yourself shouthing that to people, you may have gone too far. ;)

Right. If your positive attitude stops you from improving yourself, you've gone too far.
 
Being perpetually happy really does screw with other people which does give me an iota of hope that l am a alien baby and my mom's mugshot will be on the Enquirer front cover.
