PS3 fan trick

Humour's my middle name.
Anyone ever tried that trick where you unplug the power cord, hold the eject button on the then stick the power cord back in? :)
( With the fat PS3's you use the switch at the back)
It makes the PS3 fans blow hard and helps get rid of dust.
